A great deal of local history has been gathered over the years by local historians, including Marina Alexander. Marina has donated her research to the charity running the church on the understanding that it is made available to persons wishing to carry out their own research or just to peruse the information.
Her research includes all of the names on the Glass war memorial for a start and much more besides.
